Along with attempting to be more organized through using some demented version of the GTD Moleskine thing (I have yet to really grasp this whole Next Action/Capturing/Processing/Project thing, so I'm kind of making it up as I go along), I found this: Shovelglove: The Sledgehammer Workout Honestly speaking, I am no stranger to swinging heavy objects around for the sake of swinging heavy objects and feeling incredibly buff. However, I have yet to see someone who takes it this far and develops a full training *system*. Gill, as my personal trainer and "muscle-guy/musician" friend, could you take a look at this and tell me if I'm going to rip the crap out of my pigeonbone-like frame?

You know after thinking about this for a while I guess there's really nothing wrong with it. As long as you're not using momentum and focus on functional movements I'm sure you could get a good workout. But think about it, it's a sledge hammer, and it's you...

thanks gill, i appreciate the thought you've put into counseling Edward, seriously... things break on him, and I'm not interested in seeing another whole in my wall.
