My battle against ITS continues: I have found a secret open port in Paterson! Not only does this mean that I continue to not have to pay ITS a dime in extra fees, but when I go fishing for Internet, it evokes a sense of adventure. Nifty Python stuff: In other news, I have secured a job in Finland doing some sort of hardware-software interface stuff with CNC machines and the like. I'll be there for 3 months in a town similar to Lennoxville, called Varkaus, thinking about why I couldn't have just taken a more local job.

Sadly Varkaus is not like Lennoxville since there is no university with social stuff happending in walking distance ... and no major city like Montreal just two hours away. Plan on perfecting your cello and unicycling for 3 months.
